Judith Wilson, MS, CADC II
Owner & CEO

Ms. Wilson’s career with Eaton Canyon Treatment Center (ECTC) began in an administrative role in 2001, but her knowledge and leadership skills advanced her over the years, culminating with being named as CEO in 2011 as she took over ownership of ECTC.

Judith Wilson, a Psychology and Business Administration major at Santa Monica City College, received her B.S. in Human Services from Alameda University, followed by a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from the same institution shortly thereafter.

Ms. Wilson began her career as an administrator at Recovery & Beyond, where she was responsible for the oversight of the chemical dependency outpatient program, patient counseling, life skills education and support group facilitation. The facility followed an intensive 12-step holistic treatment that Ms. Wilson implemented during her tenure.

John de Beixedon, MD
Medical Director

John de Beixedon, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been in private practice in Pasadena since 1998.

In 1988, he was granted his MD degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. Then, Dr. de Beixedon completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia. Specializing in diabetes and more recently, bariatrics, Dr. de Beixedon has a concierge style medical practice, offering his patients attentive, accessible care.

Since 2008, Dr. de Beixedon has served as a medical adviser for ABC News and has appeared on both local and national news broadcasts.

Ruth Masterson, CADC II
Case Manager/Counselor

Ms. Ruth Masterson began her career in the field of drug and alcohol counseling in the year 2000. She is a California State Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC II), through the California Consortium of Addition Programs and Professionals (CCAPP). In 2016, Ms. Masterson graduated valedictorian from California Paramedical and Technical College obtaining her AAS degree in Substance Abuse Counseling with a concertation in AOD Counseling.

Ms. Masterson has worked in several different capacities as a Drug and Alcohol Specialist. From 2004 to present she has served as a classroom instructor, facilitating courses in Pharmacology, Physiology, Law & Ethics, Personal and Professional Growth classes as well as Chemical Dependency Counseling.

Nadine Orona, CATS I
Case Manager/Counselor

Ms. Nadine Orona has over 26 years of experience working the field of Substance Abuse and related disorders. She attended Glendale Community College where she obtained her certification in Alcohol and Drug Studies, she later received her state Drug & Alcohol Counselor Certification through the Breining Institute.

Ms. Orona began her career working with at Project Info. Intervention and Outreach Program for at-risk youth, where she facilitated group counseling and intervention classes. For 24 years of she served as the Clinical Supervisor at Glendale Adventist Medical Center in the Chemical Dependency Unit. Ms. Orona supervised the Drug & Alcohol Counselors, Marriage & Family Therapist and Nurses. Nadine has also dedicated time in working with Victory Foundation, where she worked with women who suffered from addiction and needed mentorship to get their lives back on track.

Marilyn McKeever, B.A, LAADC CA, BHS, CRPS, CCDC
Licensed Addiction and Drug Counselor Consultant

Ms. Marilyn McKeever has worked and volunteered to help those struggling with addiction and mental health issues for over 15 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Science from the University of Phoenix and is a Licensed Professional Advanced Counselor and Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist.

Marilyn began her profession in addiction treatment after she overcame her own battle with addiction in 1999. In her efforts to recover Marilyn was also able to gain an understanding of how her early life traumatic experiences contributed to her addiction. Marilyn’s prior professional experiences include working as clinical support technician, drug and alcohol counselor and clinical supervisor. Marilyn is an active member of various social support groups and understands the importance of developing and maintaining positive pro-social relationships to support and maintain her sobriety.
